At Little's Shoes, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
